• Training in Amadeus cryptic mode booking engine; Air, Car, Hotel and Ticketing

• Skilled in manual fare pricing from contract

• Ability to book and ticket in multiple Amadeus office ID’s

• Profeciency in Microsoft Windows and Office functions

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Report all attendance issues to team leader and project manager

• Book air stage in Amadeus accoring to the Air, Voyage and Tour stages created by reservation and placed on UnConfirmed stages task list in Polar Global or Aurora.

• Monitor ticketing queues in Amadeus and adjust bookings accordingly with contracted fare rules.

• Cancel bookings in Amadeus according to the info given in Polar also consearning the booking class rules.

• Answer agent emails during 24 hours, answer urgent requests (departures within 7 days) via Skype ASAP.

• Manually storing of contract and group fares in TST

• Issue group deposits through Virtual MCO process

• Issue tickets if Polar Booking is payed or Agency booking with line of credit.

• Check for payments in both Polar and Agresso

• Keep up to date with contract fare rules and fare updates

• Research PNR history in case of debit memos
