Task description:

1. Application of customer specific computing systems
2. Collection and maintenance of customer data
3. Clarification of customer requests by telephone and e-mail

Requirements:

1. Fluent language skills in supported language
2. Good language skills in English
3. Knowledge of MS Office Applications
4. Strong customer service focus
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
